Is 24 Hours Fitness Worth The Money? A Toxic Relationship Of A Gym

Introduction
24-Hour Fitness worth their money as a gym today we’ll be finding that I hope maybe you come here to sweat buckets maybe you come to get them because you might be here to push and press or decompress the reason you come here might be different than the person next to you but after a while the person next to you might be reason enough.

Comparison with Planet Fitness
Now if you’ve watched my Planet Fitness Gym review video which I suggest you do you’ll probably already notice the difference in the type of commercial I live with compared to that one and it’s gonna set a president for this one as 24 Hour Fitness and Planet Fitness are almost complete opposites in every single way that would probably make you think that this gym is perfect well not quite.

A Toxic Relationship
I like to compare this into a toxic relationship when it’s good it’s really good when it’s bad it’s awful.

Personal Experience
To pre-face I used to work at this gym in my 24 hour is a super sport on top of it so of all the gyms I’ll be reviewing I have a ton of experience with this one with that said let’s get right into it.


Pros

Wide Range of Equipment
First biggest Pro about 24 Hour Fitness you’ll notice compared to other gyms right off the bat is the sheer amount of equipment available.

Caters to Everyone
Aside from a few nice machines you’ll have pretty much everything you need to build a solid physique free bar machines for squat bins deadlift synth machines weights that go up to 150 pounds cable Towers machines lots of plates just as many cardio machines as planted if not more they have it all.

Freedom and Flexibility
Essentially you should never not be hitting a certain muscle because they have something for everyone and a machine for each body part.

Free Training Classes
With that being said this leads into my next Pro about this gym 24 caters to everyone regardless of your fitness goals.


Cons

Overcrowding
Unfortunately the cons every single con seems to be directly tied to the pros of this gym inherently these all seem to be consistent with every single 24 Hour Fitness I’ve ever gone to.

Cleanliness Issues
First blatant issue with this gym this is probably the most busiest gym you’ll ever go to aside from graveyard hours and lunchtime this gym is always packed.

Equipment Maintenance
This is a product of having so much equipment and Catering to everybody every gym gets busy but 24 takes it to a whole new level.

High Costs
Next is significantly more freedom what I mean by this is that you don’t have to have people breathing down your back trying to enforce silly policies.


Conclusion
Now with all of this being said do I think this gym is worth your money I have to say it is worth your money but it’s bittersweet and that’s strictly from a working out and bodybuilding standpoint.


How To Treat A Sore Throat Naturally without Antibiotics

Introduction

So here’s a fact up to 9 out of 10 sore throat  infections cannot be treated of antibiotics. I’m going to teach you how to get rid of a sore throat  at home so hit that like button if you fired up about this and let’s go so here in the UK we get  approximately 1.2 million appointments every year.

For a sore throat so it’s extremely common good  news is sore throats generally get better on their own within a week but there are many tips and  tricks that you can do that are going to help and I’m going to teach you exactly that let’s  begin with tip number one you’re going to try a some tips.

1: Saltwater Gargle

salt water gargle okay 99 of the times this is the  first thing I recommend most of my patients it’s extremely effective. It’s inexpensive everyone has  the ingredients to make at home and it’s really easy to do it reduces the pain it reduces the  inflammation so it’s a win-win here’s how you make it Kettle water boil one teaspoon of salt. Add  Water mix and your saline solution is now ready okay so now it’s time for the fun bit once you’ve  got your saltwater gargle solution ready you’re gonna let it cool you need to make sure it’s nice  and cool like lukewarm so you don’t burn yourself.

2: Stay Hydrated


Next you’re going to stand over a sink because  this bit is a little bit messy you’re going to take a sip and then you’re going to gargle okay gargle and then spit it out and then repeat. I’d do it at least three times but you can do it as many times as you like for symptomatic relief and then you can repeat it again and again but remember. you have to make a new solution each time you repeat it now moving on to tip number two look  I know it can be really frustrating especially when you’ve got a sore throat to keep on drinking  fluids okay keep on drinking water but it’s super.

Important that you’re not dehydrated if you are  dehydrated it’s gonna make things worse it’s gonna make you a lot weaker and it’s going to slow down  recovery time. So to avoid dehydration you need to be aiming for six to eight glasses a day remember warm drinks soup all of these things count towards as well but please remember this don’t be having your warm drinks or your soups soup super hot it’s going to make things worse it’s going to make the sore throat pain worse let it cool okay. 

3: Pain Relief with Medication

So it’s like a tepid temperature that’s the most important  thing you need to remember about how warm things are that you’re going to be drinking now let’s move on to tip number three paracetamol and ibuprofen both of them are fantastic at reducing  the pain of a sore throat as well as reducing.

4: Medicated Lozenges

fever and moving on to tip number four medicated lozenges these can also be very helpful with a sore throat and Los Angeles basically a boiled sweetie so con the medicated ones contain things like benzocaine okay and flurbiprofen these are both quite good ingredients to look out for to contain they can both numb it and help  reduce the inflammation and there are quite a few studies supporting their use so. So we’re talking things like ice lilies ice cream even sucking on ice or chewing on soft  foods that are all cool these are all going to help with sore throat pain and please remember if you do smoke you need to stop smoking especially when you bought a sore throat it’s just going to cause inflammation and make things worse now please remember there are situations where you  should seek medical advice for a sore throat.
